Maybe I’m just use to the Dana being a previous guest but the drawers weren’t clean so I couldn’t put my clothes away, clearly the head board wasn’t clean so I Bought Lysol wipes to clean it blonde hair in the drawers and worse soap scum and mildew or mold in the bathroom. This is definitely not luxury anymore I wish I knew before I booked the staff was amazing but I wish my room was in better conditions

The money that was being taken out from my account wasn’t deposited back into my account I didn’t touch their mini bar or drinks they kept in the freezer but yet I was still being charged extra fee for it.

I truly enjoyed my experience this Thanksgiving at EUROSTAR! The hotel staff was very courteous and made it a memorable trip for my husband and I traveling with our infant for the first time. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Whole Foods, great bars and restaurants. But most importantly…. The breakfast at River North Bistro was magnificent! I would definitely return with family and recommend this place. Oh but there is 1 tiny con is that there aren’t any microwaves in room or in the hotel for that matter so our daughter had a few meals cold. Other than that I say this place is a lovely place.

There was mold outside of the bathroom on the carpet closest to the shower. It is extremely loud on the 22nd floor. I asked for turn down service and was only allowed once a day. Room service was cut off by Friday night because they were short staffed. I asked for oranges to be sent to my room and he brought me two orange juices saying they only use the oranges for garnishes.i asked for hangers, never got them. It was just a bad experience

I liked that it was in walking distance from everything, I also liked that the staff was friendly and was able to answer any of our questions. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking we had to pay to be able to park on the property. To me, it was a little steep

Interesting hotel. Great location.
Arrived at hotel found a parking garage a few blocks away. Walked in there is a restaurant on ground floor and you take elevator or stairs up one level for lobby of hotel to check in. Instead of standing counter the staff sit at low desk. After checkin we went to room. It was nice with a nice view. As others have mentioned it is a bit odd in this country to have a glass wall to bathroom with a curtain that when open gives a view of the shower and bathroom to the main room. It was just me and my wife so it was not a big deal

This hotel was literally the perfect stay. It was in walkable distance of everything and we loved that the hotel was always cleaned after we walked out to our adventures. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant right underneath the hotel was really good we’d definitely recommend it.
