Was a good stay. I was under the impression that parking was included. Parking is $35 dollars a day but you will have to stay parked for the night at that rate. Or you can go with the Valet option and only pay $65 a night

Everything would be fine, but this room is not worth the money! They promised a view of the city, in the end there was no view. The ceiling needs repair, it is very terrible. There is no water in the room, the room is very dark. When we asked to change it, they did not help us. In 3-star hotels there are better rooms, and there is water in the room!

Me and my son enjoyed our stay at Eurostar! Very cool modern design and cozy feel. Might not be important to all, but absolutely loved the shower where it had the over head rain fall and a hand held option in a very spacious shower corner with a night light if wanting to relax from a long day.

When I first arrived they took my card for payment but the next day when I tried to extend my stay I was told that my card was a card they couldn’t take but previously just charged me for. No reasoning or explanation. I had to leave suddenly and the front desk lady took no accountability for her mistake.

I really like this hotel! Staff was very friendly and nice. The location was great! The only issue is that it’s not soundproof building, so make sure to pack ear plugs.

The first room we checked into had blood stains on the curtains so the hotel upgraded up to a bigger and better room, but the bed in the new room was sunken in and uncomfortable. Got up with an awful back ache. The hotel overall is antiquated and needs upgrading. No cell phone charging stations in the rooms.

I have never been as disappointed in a stay as I did with Eurostars. I will be living in Chicago soon, so I visit quite often. I’m so upset that I spent over $1000 on a 3 day stay for the crap that I received. The facilities were dated beyond what they try to show online (I have pictures and videos). The walls were damaged, floors cracked and sounded as if you could fall through, we couldn’t even get a smart tv in the rooms so we only had 8 channels, the button panel in the elevator was broken, the table was broken and more. I’m so upset that I spent my money on this room. The housekeeping staff walked in my room twice while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up and the last time, I had to quickly grab a towel. I have stayed in many Chicago hotels, that are cheaper, and the property was better than this. I feel like I wasted my money and can’t wait to upload my photos.
