Great customers service and very pleasant staff I enjoy my stay and very clean rooms and quiet plus close shopping areas and walkable to the beach and lake front and restaurants it’s our second stay at the hotel I will continue to have my stays at the Fairfield inn and suites thank you again I appreciate it very much!

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast options were good. I felt safe walking in this area even when I returned a little later than I anticipated one night. Guests can only access the elevator with a keycard. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and many tourists sites are within a walkable distance. I got an affordable nightly rate for a downtown hotel. In would stay at this property again.

The hotel is a great location in downtown Chicago but that’s probably the best thing I can say about it. The loud street noise throughout the night pretty much ruined our stay and our sleep. Breakfast was below average. Room was small but clean enough. Overall ok but extremely noisy.

There is considerable noise related to rooms on this site. One night it was two big ac fans outside my window and another it was garbage trucks three stories down collecting trash and recycling from a big garage below us off and on from 5:15-5:45am.

Everything was great until we used the shower and it would go from Luke warm to scalding hot. We only stayed one night so only used the showers once therefore there was no time to see if the issue was fixed but the front desk was notified of the issue. The room was a little worn but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs were cold, other than that coffee was hot and the space was kept clean!

Clean but the sofa bed was not great. In this day and age it is not hard to find a good sofa bed you just have to spend the money so come on Marriott
