Generally okay experience, but the shared dorm room was lackluster. The couch in the room was busted and stained. There was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom and the towels were smelly. The seating area in the lobby (Broken Shaker) was also musty and hot. I won't come back here.

A really good, safe and convenient place to stay, I shared a room with other 3 girls and the experience was pleasant, everything was clean and staff were always accessible and kind since reception area to the bar, highly to recommend to go back.

Honestly was so tired when I arrived to Chicago. I was thankful to be able to check in early so I could get some rest. I had a shared form. Everyone was quiet and respectful. Shower is fantastic. They have locks for lockers but I suggest you bring your own combination lock. They sell for $2 at WalMart. Breakfast options are delicious. The staff is amazing and if you want a safe place to drink they have a bar and open lounge area as well. Inexpensive for my two day stay and this will be the only place I book in Chicago. Staff were funny and helpful. They helped create such a life changing experience for me by just being there and existing

It’s ok, not great
The hotel is somewhat cool, but not in great condition. A/C was not working properly, room could have been cleaner. “Courtyard view” is dark and looking at A/C unites and other rooms’ windows. For under $200 for a room this would be appropriate. We paid $450 on our specific dates and that was an incredible ripoff.
