Great Event Week
Our stay in Evanston was awesome. Our unit was spacious, roomy, clean and had everything we needed. The location in Evanston was close to our event venue in Chicago plus near downtown Evanston as well. It was also great to walk to Lake Michigan and nearby restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

Family friendly stay!
Wow - the pictures are gorgeous and the amenities did not disappoint. Between the dreft (infant specific laundry detergent, to the toddler proofing on the stairs with an installed gate… I’m so impressed. Then our stay was great, strategically they have the TV downstairs, on the same level as access to the toddler playground (backyard) which was great for us during the football game and toddler energy. There’s also a kitchen on that same floor, which helped make sure we didn’t go up and down with a toddler on the spiral stairs. My father in law is 70+, I loved the communication from the owner on the best ways for him to enter the house and where to park. The house had great natural light, and though I would think it was a “busy” street we never heard the noise. Definitely recommend this property and the hosts!

This place was great. Very very clean! It had everything you could need. We had great communication with the host. She was willing to bring us anything we needed. Definitely would stay there again.

Fabulous home close to public transport and beach!
We absolutely LOVED staying in this beautiful 3B3B (plus two living and kitchen areas) home in Evanston! The plants are my favorite part!!! It was squeaky clean, well-apportioned, comfortable, and very well located. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked; we were able to make all breakfasts here; including French toast casserole! You can walk to the train, downtown, the beach, etc. The backyard is very private and has a lovely fruit and vegetable garden, patio, and play space for children and adults. There is also a playground close behind the home but we didn’t need to go there because the yard is so great. There is designated parking for two cars. The main road is busy but you do not hear it in the back bedrooms or downstairs. The neighbors are friendly. The hosts are extremely thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. This home was as close to as comfortable to being in our own home as possible. If we go back to Evanston, we will stay here. Thank you!!
