The reception staff were unfriendly during check-in and check-out; however, the rest of the staff were highly professional, smiled warmly, and greeted guests in a friendly manner. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and spacious enough. The service at the dining area was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall, the hotel deserves a five-star rating.

Overall stay was nice, don’t expect great breakfast there is 24/7 IHOP opposite to the hotel. Downtown is about 40mins-1hr. Traffic towards downtown Chicago is bad so don’t plan work hours

The property was convenient to nearby restaurants and highways. My first room was rather dark and need of upgrading but the suite I stayed in the last night was wonderful. The staff told me that the hotel was scheduled for a major remodel so that resolved my slight disappointment with my room. The staff and breakfast were amazing . I am planning on returning to the area next spring and definitely will be staying there again.
