Hotel is a bit worn down and cleaning crew came quite late (late afternoon) to clean room. There are a few hidden charges (25USD/day) that you have to pay but arent told in advance. Otherwise its a perfect location and nice old school hotel in walkable distance to downtown Chicago.

The person checked us in her name started with an X, was not pleasant at all, does not belong in customer facing jobs. The room is very very small, online i booked a 350 SF room is what was on your site, I doubts it was 200 SF. Be aware of the new fee all Hiltons have been charging lately as this is the 3rd time they do this to me, upon check in they would tell you there is a $25 Destination charge DAILY that you would not get back, you may get some type of credit if you use one of the restaurants. Just another way to make you spend more

Very fancy and vintage Chicago architecture that adds a class and style that’s unique. It’s also centrally located by Millennial Park, the red train line and just south of the Riverwalk.
