The room was good, the pool was extremely cold. One of the reasons I choose to stay away from downtown hotels was because I didn’t want to pay for parking and this hotel charges you for parking which I think is ridiculous the hotel sits on its own property with plenty of parking

The room smelled of heavy air freshener when I arrived. When I woke up in the morning and turned on the light in the bathroom there was a two inch cockroach crawling across the floor. I will not stay here again.

We had a nice scenic view from the fifth floor. A little disappointed that parking was $10.00 extra even if your staying there and breakfast was $26.50 even as a guest. I never stayed in a hotel where breakfast was extra. I went to Dennys and paid $22.00 for two Meals. So will I go there again no.

Very expensive for average room and service. The room looks old with poor lighting. No free water bottle for guests that are not members. $6 for a water bottle that’s $1 if bought outside. Water is a basic necessity that you cannot provide. That too in hospitality service. I paid $360 for the room + $75 deposit plus an overcharge of $300 something that I was told will be refunded. Well shame on you on your policies and service. I will never step my foot here for sure.

A very pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn. The bedding was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. While the hotel seemed to be at capacity, with lots of happy guests. In spite of that and the fact that our room was located across from the elevator, we didn't hear a sound when in our room.
