We always try to stay at this hotel every time we travel to and through Chicago. The rooms are always clean, staff friendly and the Canopy restaurant has excellent food.Love the grab bars in the shower. Make for a safe environment.

Loved my stay! The room was immaculate and customer service was great!! However the breakfast was a bit pricey for the quantity of food. So I chose to dine elsewhere outside of the hotel. But overall the hotel was very nice and I will definitely book here again in the future.

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway. It is walkable to many attractions. The bed was comfortable. The area was quite noisy...lots of sirens (might be near a fire station?). The buffet breakfast is an extra charge, and definitely not worth the $25 each price. It was the same as what many hotels in other areas serve for free. Find a nearby restaurant for breakfast if you have time.

the staff is courteous. The room is clean and good size. The bathroom sink was not draining properly when I checked in but was fixed quickly after I notified the staff. Very convenient location, close to bus stops and subway. Paid garage is next to the hotel.

The room was very clean and modern. My only concern is the friendliness of staff. We were not greeted when we walked in to check in. The room was not ready so we waited for a short while. There was no explanation of amenities at the hotel or instructions for wifi, We were just given the keys. It just felt like staff did not really care that we were there. When coming back for the evening it was the same with no greeting or eye contact from two staff members at the desk. On day of checkout, at 10:10am someone knocked on the door asking if we were checking out (checkout is 11am I confirmed) and it just felt very pressured. Overall a great clean room but the service was not there that I experienced at the Hilton on Michigan two nights before.
