I have a couple of physical challenges that they were able to accommodate that I was very appreciative of. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This hotel is also in a good area to easily go to many other places in the downtown Chicago area... It's very central and walkable to dining and transit options .. Very accessible to all of Chicago from here. I hope to revisit again and see more.

Staff were not engaged. Was not advised about breakfast. Asked laslter and was told it was included. But to come back for the vouchers. Not sure why they weren't issued there and then nor at check in. Staff were unhelpful anytime i approached them. One housekeeper enter my room without knocking. The heater in the room was very very loud. Overall a disappointing stay.

This property was in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms are small, but they were clean. I would for sure come back. My only recommendation is better lighting , the rooms were dark even with the lights on and to change the chair in the room out for a chair with wheels. It was heavy and hard to maneuver.

My husband and I had a great experience. The hotel staff and service was excellent, surroundings were clean and the location is perfect….near the start to the riverwalk. Also shopping on the magnificent mile and fantastic dining options are in walking distance. We took the architecture river cruise and experienced Skydeck. The 360 Chicago sip and view, adults only, is also worth it. If you like to eat what the locals enjoy, the Chicago walking Food Tour by Secret Food Tours is highly recommended.
