This historic gem is ideal for large groups. Perfectly located in the heart of Lincoln Park across the street from DePaul University. This large unit is fully stocked to allow you to channel your inner master chef or you can take a short walk and access some of the city's best restaurants. Relax and enjoy the 70" UHD and 50" UHD smart flat screen smart televisions in the two living areas. Whole Foods and the Fullerton Red Line station are a block and a half away.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Architecture Graduate - Graduation Gift Chicago Trip
We loved our visit to Chicago! So much to do! We enjoyed Frank Lloyd Wright homes in Oak Park. We had fun at Wrigley Field as the Cubs won (train ride from house to Wrigley is only 2 stops). We took the train downtown for the Architecture Tour, shopping on Michigan, taking pictures with the Bean and other stuff in Millennium Park, shopping in all the 2nd hand/vintage clothing shops in Wicker Park, eating yummy tacos at Tacombi in Wicker Park, eating at Mindy's Bakery in Wicker Park, eating at Summerhouse in Lincoln Park, Walking the City and more.. so much fun crammed into 4 days. The house is a cool Row House across the street from DePaul University. The house has 3 different levels and it's like 3 different flats. Depending on how many people are in your group - the number of flats will come up for your search. We had the basement and first floor. Someone was staying in the 3rd floor - not sure if it was rented or on VRBO? There was one place to park in the back and then we had to find parking for the 2nd vehicle (which we did not have to park far - just pay attention to signs). The house is very close to the train (L) - very easy to grab and go wherever you want since Chicago traffic is awful. We brought food for breakfasts. There were kitchens on each floor. They house a regular coffee pat and toaster. I would not say it's a "stocked" kitchen by any means. I went to have eggs one day and the skillets were gross and not cleaned. That's all I can type

This was a family Easter trip of 3 generations! Our group was 2-78. There were 6 adults and a toddler. We all had plenty of space. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood very walkable!! All the extras were very much appreciated , great coffee, soaps and a washer & dryer! We will return!

Great location.
This house is separated into four flats. We took all four floors which gave us 13 bedrooms. There are two futons but the bedding, for these was not present at the time we were there. It was great because the location was less than a mile from the Chicago robotics invitational. There are ovens, washers and dryers, dishwashers and coffee makers on each floor. Sometimes they rent the units independently. There are two king beds in the basement and the rest are queen beds. There is one room with two single beds on the third floor
