Two words; wedding party. Music so loud two floors up that we couldn't sleep on floor 7. Front desk gave us the sage advice at 10:15 pm to wait until it was over. Quiet came at 11:30. We had to leave at a 6 am shuttle. Our poor kid was exhausted.

Decent property within 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the linen and towels are dingy and should be replaced. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. There is a shuttle bus available to and from the airport, along with other forms of transportation as welll.

Good stay. Has a very nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or light dinner. Plus an excellent cafe, and very good pool, and gym. However, the TV service was minimal. Just basic channels and one HMO channel. And you have to pay for parking. It is close to O'Hare, and shopping.

It was very clean, exactly what we needed! The airport shuttle was awesomely quick and comfortable. The return directions were clearly posted which is very helpful during the stress of a return flight, because travel can be stressful!
