It was very clean in the room. Impeccable actually. But the elevators needed much attention. Dirt, sunflower seeds and dust bunnies in both of them. The garbage cans outside were over flowing making the added garbage hit the ground. My husband was picking garbage up to help it not look so bad. When we told the person at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders as to say, oh well, not my problem.

It was terrible. The tub had a rust stain in it and the front desk did nothing about it when I complained. Old fashioned air conditioning unit in room do it was hard to gauge the temp. The tv was upgraded so when I asked the front desk how to operate, said he didn’t know either. Front desk was not friendly at all during my 2 night stay.The kitchen staff had no ice for the beverages when eating breakfast.,Said they were out since it was 8:30 am and breakfast was ending at 9. Kids were running in the hallways outside of the room at night. The only reason I gave this hotel one star is because they provide Dove products in the bathroom and IHoP was within walking distance. I will never stay at this hotel again.

My experience at Holiday Inn
1st and 2nd floor have very dirty rooms. Under construction floors. I booked 3 rooms. 1 room was allocated at 5th floor which was good. 2 rooms were allotted at 1st and 2nd floor and those were in miserable condition. Very dark lights inside, beds, sofa and carpet was dirty. we requested to switch the rooms which was accepted after one night.

The next door has a dog kept on barking until past 2 am. The hotel should put them in a room not in the middle of the building where more customers are disturbed by the barking.
