Great location—away from the bustle of Schaumburg but still so close. No carpet in the room, which is good. Great daily room cleaning except for floors not being swept. Friendly staff, newer, nice property.

The room was supposed to be for up to 6 people it was a 4 person room. The pool was closed witch is one of the reasons I choose this hotel it should have mentioned it on the web site. The fan on the air conditioner was very noticeable.

Nice new hotel. Good free breakfast. Rude, not friendly, no smiles, Curt, unhelpful front desk. 1 of 3 that is. A class on customer kindness would be helpful. I watched guest after guest leave front desk while working in the lobby frustrated. Someone asked if there was somewhere to walk to for dinner. Answer No. do you have any local restraints that deliver? Answer - a pizza menu? Anything else? Answer no. Yet I told her about grub hub, showed her a listing of local restaurants and she was happy. Why cannot the front desk help people. Someone needed a phone charger - their answer - don’t have one. So I loaned them one. They don’t care. No proves in their mini supply store either. Hopeless.
