La propreté laisse à désirer dans la chambre. Nous avons eu une femme de chambre une fois dans le séjour, au lieu d’une fois aux deux jours. On dirait que cet hôtel est gérer pour éviter des dépenses a tout prix, cela fait en sorte qu’e service client fait défaut: vaisselle salle au buffet du déjeuner, problème d’approvisionnement du buffet, mauvais service et manque d’empressement des gens à l’accueil. Ils vous dirons que vous n’avez qu’à demander… mais quand il faut TOUT demander ça donne une expérience très très moyenne. Sinon, la chambre est grande, la cuisine est ok. Nous avons dû acheter une couverture au Target d’à coté car on nous a donné quelque chose qui ressemblait à un jupon de matelas en guise de couette. Naturellement, on me répondra que nous aurions dû demander! Ouf, pas facile.

Elizabeth at the front desk was helpful during check in and check out! The room was clean and it was easy to walk all over Chicago from this location. We were able to spothero a spot at the Godfrey across the street which was super convenient. The sofa bed was highly uncomfortable but the rooms had nice views and it was nice to have a fridge in the room.

We stayed at home 2 suits by Hilton for 8 night and it was wonderful. The room had a small kitchen with everything that we needed. The breakfast included with the room was great. Ashley at the front desk was very nice and assisted us with everything needed. Would definitely go back if ever again in Chicago. Great location walking distance to the main attractions and bus just around the corner.
