Great location, breakfast so and so.
Ottima posizione per visitare la città, zona sicura con tanti ristoranti. Avevo una stanza con doppio letto matrimoniale, un poco scomoda in quanto i due letti erano attaccati l'uno all'altro. La colazione all'interno è comoda ma in un grande stanzone rumoroso con cibo di mediocre qualità.

Overall, everything was super clean, staff was exceptionally polite. Disappointed that there was no pool or whirlpool. Also, the parking was extremely expensive!. In addition, if not purchasing the hotel WIFI, the connection was so spotty that I couldn't connect for a conference call for work. But I would still patron this hotel again. It was only 3 months opened and that was a huge plus!!

From the moment we got there, until the moment we left, we were always felt welcomed. Very clean and secure building. East of Miracle Mile and great location between the miracle mile and Navy Pier. Will definitely stay there again

Excellent new property. Since it's new, it's exceptionally clean and fresh. One of the few properties with a roof top bar too. Breakfast included with the room exceeded expectations (it was a hot breakfast not just a cold, American contential style). Riu is a Spanish company so overall the hotel has a European feel to it.
