One of the room air conditioning was not working, the room was over 80 degree, they were not able to accommodate me to another room. They couldn't find enough fans to cool the room down. I had family members leaving since it was too hot.

Heat and a/c in the room didn’t work. Bugs in the room. No internet. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work The entire hotel felt less than clean.. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Sorry for such a negative review but I expected much better from a hotel with Hyatt’s name on it.

It was in a very busy area buthe rhe access to the roads around the place was quite well pllanned. Nice area, short distance good food, shopping! The wife loked it. Breakfast was well attended and good.
