The listing for how much it is to park. It is incorrect. On hotels.com it says $20. We were told by the lady at desk $19 but then was charged $25!!! It ended up being over $100 after exchange rate to park for three days. When called and spoke to person they just said it is what it is. Breakfast was meh and the person who checked us in was rude, refused to give us two hotel keys. We only were allowed one. And then when we asked about parking she threw a parking tag at us partially filled out and of course told us the wrong price.

The hotel is right next door to Allstate Arena so it easy to walk to and from the arena. The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean! I would recommend this hotel!

The room looked fantastic and was very spacious! Shower was wonderful, everything was clean and well maintained, and everything worked great, except for the temperature controls. It made the room either very very cold, or very warm and muggy. There didn't seem to be an inbetween. Also the check out staff and I had difficulty communicating, and it took several tries to get my simple question across about something I billed to the room tab. Also, the bed was a little harder than I usually use, so I ended up sleeping on the couch. I enjoyed the closeness to the Arena as wepl since I was at a concert there that night and liked walking back to my room instead of driving. I'd book again, and might bring my own blanket to suppliment their covers for a chilly night.
