I stayed there for 3 nights for a mini winter vacation, I was extremely satisfied with my accommodation in Hyatt River North, the room was beautiful with a nice view, it was very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, the check in and check out process was quick and seamless. I will make this hotel my go-to when I go back to Chicago!

So Close to Excellent!
Beautiful hotel and restaurant with a wonderful free breakfast. Only issues we had were that the sofa was stained in a major way (looked like bodily fluids that hadn’t been cleaned) and the fridge didn’t work properly (our perishables perished). Staff were wonderful and super helpful. Appreciated the baggage check offered by Jessie and questions answered by Kate.

Very noisy area! But they did provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Hotel is across the street from fire department. Rooms could use some updating for sure. I can’t believe they didn’t even have usb charging ports either. Definitely not with the $500 we paid for 1 night. Breakfast was yucky, we walked right back out.
