We stayed 3 nights in August. It’s hard to write a review for this hotel—they delivered in everything they promised: amenities, plenty of free parking, easy access location, fast check in, hot showers, delicious ($$) breakfast, and generally the room itself. The negatives: loud echoing halls with room doors that slammed and reverberated down the hall at all hours of the day/night with uncomfortably beds. It definitely felt like a high volume hotel showing it’s end of summer wear and tear in the rooms. The lobby was large and clean. It just didn’t feel restful for my family staying multiple nights.

I been in this hotel for one night , I like it due to it was very safe and the checking was so fast , The only thing I don’t like is the door Handel is hand to open it from the inside and I found some items when I tried to use the sofa bed ( the room is cleaned enough but I found some items in the sofa bed witch they didn’t did a good cleaning in that area )

When I booked for 5 person, why the room wasn't given to me what I booked for, we couldn't sleep properly because room given was not what I booked for. This is wrong / unfair practice, you charged me according to 5 person but room didn't have enough space / bedding for 5 people to sleep properly. Please probe the case and escalate the issue and I need refund of my booking amount.

A very nice but slightly aged hotel. I witnessed a few issues with reception desk and a rude waitress. Room was nice and spacious but pretty darkly lit. Breakfast food was very good. Easy drive to Ravinia.

When a room is not clean when you check in, it’s hard to ever get comfortable. It appeared tidy but there was old dried food on the bathroom floor, tub and bathroom ceiling were dirty, and even the toiletries were half used and dirty. No hotel should be like this, especially a 4 star property.

For a Hyatt Regency it was unfortunately below expectation. Check in was smooth but the beds in the room were very hard and uncomfortable. Sheets were worn and would not stay on the bed and did not even have a full mattress cover. No comforter on the bed only sheets with a thin worn blanket in between. The hallway to our room had the carpet taped down with maroon duct tape in multiple places. I feel like there are better options out there.

Management was wonderful with helping me solve a problem with my room. However when I told the front desk that garbage was overflowing outside and nothing was done. The next morning it was still overflowing with squirrels eating out of the garbage.
