There was a death in the family, and I was unable to make the trip. The property was not willing to cancel the booking or even offer credits. Will never stay at another Hyatt. Terrible Customer Service.

The hotel was OK if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time there. It did have a nice bar, but the room was definitely at the bottom of rooms I’ve stayed in.

There were drink spilled in the lobby and elevators. Noticeable trash by the entrance and in the elevator. The floors were stick in the elevator. The room was clean but no microwave. The had a make up mirror but the light didn't work on it.
