Very well appointed boutique hotel. Loved the decor. The service was excellent. The front desk folks were very warm and welcoming. The drink station is a very nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager sent up a holiday card and complimentary snack after we checked in.

We booked a King suite with my husband and two children. This was one of our favorite stays in Chicago. What a wonderful hotel, staff, location, valet, you name it - it was fabulous. Would be thrilled to go back. Those window seats were so awesome. My children hung out in them most of the time we were there. 10/10 for us.

Beautifully decorated, modern hotel with a friendly staff! Room was spacious, clean, and the window nook with a view of the river was a cozy extra touch! Loved the bath shower products as well! Would definitely stay there again!
