It’s funky and quirky and we liked it a lot. The location is ideal if you want to see Chicago without ubering everywhere. Having said that, we did take Uber and used bike taxis too. It’s an excellent mid-range choice

I stayed here during the 2024 Chicago Marathon. My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was super nice and welcoming & hotel is located near tons of attractions downtown to make it easy to walk around. And the hotel had breakfast items out for runners the morning of the race which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. The staff at this hotel are very helpful & friendly and the cleanliness of our room and public areas was excellent. Some rooms have interconnecting doors so if this bothers you make a request beforehand for a room without one. If we are lucky enough to go back to Chicago I'd make a point of checking this hotel out again. There was a slight bit of noise from outside but that is to be expected in any major city.

This is a lovely property! It is walkable to shopping, dining, trains to get everywhere. The rooms are nice and the reading nook in the window is lovely and quirky. Management is great. They provided a birthday card and plate of cupcakes for my daughter. There is good coffee in the lobby and cold water. The shower is nice and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning crew was great about coming when we were out of the room. The workout facility has three treadmills, three ellipticals, peloton bike, weights, and other equipment.
