I was supposed to get a free room upgrade had it been available which was never mentioned at all at check in. The amenities that were so called “included” in my stay were very nice however there was hidden fees attached to that which was told to me at my checkout. Their staff was always very friendly but despite seeing someone always at the desk every time I had called there was no answer.

The front desk lady was amazing she gave me some nice spots to check out and some great restaraunts to eat at. Very friendly staff, very clean, and easy parking which i loved. Shout out to this location and their entire team keep it up!!!

There was a major security issue. The conseiger allowed someone onto my floor without consent from me first. That could have been ANYONE. They barely allowed my boyfriend who was on the trip to my room even AFTER calling me. This was backwards and anything could have happened. Zero follow-up from the hotel after bringing the issue to different team members of this hotel.

This day was quite comfortable, and the building had great amenities. It was also conveniently located the only pain point was trying to get a hold of anyone at the front desk or hotel support. We were never able to get a hold of anyone using the phone number or the text thread, and only had luck when we physically went down to the lobby to talk to the person at the front desk.

The property was perfect! The room was very nice plus the staff was friendly especially the women who worked the front desk at check in Parker she was so helpful, professional and over all set the tone of the stay with such a good and welcoming vibe. 10 out of 10 for this property i definitely would go back!!!!

I booked a room for a staycation for myself and decided that Level in Fulton Market was the best place for me. The rooms are beautiful, views amazing and staff is top tier. I only had 2 issues. One, my bed was very comfortable but getting in it, there was a fishy smell. I even looked over that, but i used an uncovered parking lot across the street, and my car was stolen. It’s not the hotels property & it’s not their fault. But it really ruined my experience. I checked out early and again, the staff was amazing, helpful, and apologetic but that killed it for me. If you stay here, check the beds, and pay the extra money to use the hotels garage. RIP to my car that is probably somewhere doing donuts on lower wacker drive. 😭

The staff was so welcoming. We flew in a bit early but Jeremaine made sure to get everything squared away so that when we checked in it would be smooth sailing. He offered to hold our bags which was huge plus because we packed pretty heavy. In knowing we were out of town guests he gave us great recommendations, asked us our plans and helped give us a window into the city. Additionally we were explained all the areas that were available to us as guests for WAH areas until our room was ready. He confirmed my phone number and as promised we received a phone call when our room was ready. When Simona called she was very nice and upon arrival we got the same quality of hospitality as Jeremy offered. I would recommend this property 100 times over. The common spaces were nice and accommodating and the property for our stay was as well. I have only been here a few hours but I love it here.
