The staff was so welcoming. We flew in a bit early but Jeremaine made sure to get everything squared away so that when we checked in it would be smooth sailing. He offered to hold our bags which was huge plus because we packed pretty heavy. In knowing we were out of town guests he gave us great recommendations, asked us our plans and helped give us a window into the city. Additionally we were explained all the areas that were available to us as guests for WAH areas until our room was ready. He confirmed my phone number and as promised we received a phone call when our room was ready. When Simona called she was very nice and upon arrival we got the same quality of hospitality as Jeremy offered. I would recommend this property 100 times over. The common spaces were nice and accommodating and the property for our stay was as well. I have only been here a few hours but I love it here.

Lovely stay!
We loved this place and especially customer services by Ken at the front desk. Wish there were some plastic dinnerware as we had children with us, but we didn’t end up eating in much. The view from the balcony is good but the view from the rooftop is breath taking. Wish we had more time to spend hanging out on the roof top as it was so cozy! Also loved the toiletries provided and the location was a great starting point each day for us! We felt safe, happy, and comfy!

We liked the location and amenities at the property. Cardell was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was inconvenient , but accommodations were made. Room and hallway were very noisy .

This property is a great option! Our room was located in an elevated floor which provided great views of the city. Conveniently located in the Fulton Market area with plenty of restaurants and near by transportation. Ten-minute train ride to the loop and river walk. The property also has plenty of amenities. Including outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a gym and a recreational area at the 31 first floor with amazing views of the city.
