Would absolutely stay here again! The room worked out perfectly for our family. The hotel also had great amenities including a family area with kid toys and fun surroundings. Hotel was clean and the staff were responsive.

This property was beautiful, but my first impression of this property was absolutely horrible. The manager on duty was not compassionate, understanding, or helpful. The property was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. I wish breakfast was available for the guests staying in the hotel rooms but I understand why it wasnt.. I will never stay at this property again because of the first impression and the $200 deposit every night on top of the price of the room...

My family and I stayed here when we visited my brother for his Navy bootcamp graduation and this hotel made for a perfect stay! It was in an excellent location, safe, walkable to many dining options and river walk. The amenities were stunning and provided a lot of extra activity options when we didn’t feel like venturing out into the city. The suite itself was the perfect home away from home; clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed. The staff was also friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be staying here again when in Chicago and would recommend to everyone!

What an amazing place to stay,really convenient for downtown Chicago,,beautiful room's vary spacious and has everything you need, views are absolutely outstanding, pool area was one of the best thing's about this hotel,hot tub,bbq,fire pits,sauna, steam,room,would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Great suite hotel. lots of room for 3-4. Awesome pool and hot tub. I cant express how this hotel takes safety level they did. I've been to many hotels in Chicago, they never met this level of security. We will Definitely make this hotel our #1 from now while in Chicago
