Absolutely wonderful and courteous staff! Front desk ladies were above and beyond, knowledgeable and hospitable! Thank you for being so kind and hospitable! Honestly this hotel is over priced. Arcade room only has two skeeball machines and two pinball games. We were told it’s a bar/restaurant on the property then was told by other staff members in the building that it isn’t. THERE IS A $200 DEPOSIT THAT’S ISN’T ADVERTISED UNTIL YOU GET THERE. For the money the hotel can offer a lot more but room was great. Complimentary wine was not good but I’m also not a dry wine lover.

A very nice , clean hotel with fantastic views and helpful staff. The staff was very quick to resolve a problem we had on the first night.

It was ridiculous that the check in deposit was $400. I wouldn’t have paid it any mind, however the room was already so dirty and had some damages. Front desk was patient and accommodating. There were stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. Towels were stained, floor shower was dirty.
