Great Chicago residence
Extremely clean and nicely furnished second floor apartment with new kitchen appliances. The dining room table which sits six is wonderful. While the November weather was not conducive to its being used the deck off the kitchen would be great for guests staying there during spring, summer, and early fall. Liked that the unit was a short ride to O’Hare but note that none of the L lines that lead to downtown are nearby. Many fast food and casual restaurants are nearby as is a grocery store. The third bedroom is set up as an office but it also has resources/toys for a young child. However, it was my understanding that sleeping facilities would be in that room. Instead we had to utilize the pullout couch/bed located in the living room. Would have appreciated instructions on how to access the many TV channels.

Great clean place!
This our second stay at this lovely place. Our daughter lives near here and this was the ideal location when we visit her from out of town. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean, quiet location!

Not Worth the Hassle
Host cancelled first night less than 2.5 hours before check in, living room and one of the bedrooms reeked of weed from the neighbors downstairs smoking both nights and the smell coming through the air vents, double futon in the office had been replaced with toys, be prepared for a very narrow and steep staircase to access the unit. Although the unit was clean and nicely renovated, I would not recommend based on all our issues. The host did refund us the night we couldn't check in, but it didn't come close to how much we had to spend on booking hotels at the very last minute for multiple families, let alone the chaos it caused.

Great place for our weekend stay
Property is updated and modern with plenty of space for 4-5 adults. Neighborhood is very quiet, walkable to restaurants and a nice grocery (Tony's Fresh Market).

Our experience at this property is nothing but Fantabulous. It was indeed a home from home for us. I stayed on this property with my entire family. The picture of the property seen online was indeed accurate, and on-site, it was gorgeous. The property was clean and well-maintained. Every description the owner posted online was accurate. The location of this property is equally great. We never have a problem with parking our car anytime we come back from our daily commute. Indeed this is a great/fantastic property.

Excellent Experience
I loved staying in this property. This was my first time booking anything other than a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised once I walked into the apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. It is very spacious, fully furnished. If you are staying in this beautiful place, all you need to bring is a toothbrush. The hosts are very welcoming and are very quick to respond. If you are lucky enough to stay in this property, you will truly be enchanted. Thank you, Kasia, for the unforgettable experience!
