Nice hotel, old school type but still modern, we did have an issue with the shower in one room, but they were helpful with putting us in another room. The room itself I wish could have been a little bit more modern and up to date but it was fine. Bed was comfortable, heating worked. I wouldn’t fine going back.

Bathrooms are horrible, common area with vending machine and ice is dirty and neglected. Asked for the coffe machine at 6pm, followed up after an hour, they said that they are bringing it, followed up at 9:15 to learn that they don't have 24 hour room service and that we are not getting it untill the morning.

Beautiful historical hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I love that I can text a number instead of calling the front desk for anything that I needed throughout my stay. Also amazing workout facility and pool area.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We were able to have two double beds which were quite small, but for an s tea charge we were able to have a roll away bed out into place! Made all the difference and we loved having two bathrooms. This made a nice time for our family of 4!

Staying at the Palmer House is always a great choice. So many great restaurants in the area and when it rained you can hole up in Potters with a great drink.

Location is stellar but avoid 3 pm checkin which is extremely busy. Concierge was terrific as were agents at desk! This is a huge property so walking through hallways to a room is a factor. Everyone is in a great mood!
