I’d probably go somewhere else
I think I would pay more for elsewhere. It’s obviously a cheap hotel past its prime. close to the Genessee theater, and you can easy walk to fast food. They are trying, but there were roaches in the bathroom. parking at the Genessee is easy $10 so you could stay a few more miles away.

Some random person came to my door at 11pm..woke me and my son up..was at the wrong room...also very noisy doors slamming and people walking up and down the hallways till around 2 am..towel in the bathroom had stains on it..thank god it was just an over night stay...wont book again...

It took me several calls to reach someone at the desk before I checked in, but I see now that staff isn't needed to available at all times in this quiet area. When they were present, they were very cordial and helpful.

I would probably stay in it again. Felt safe most of the time. Some one was always in the room so first day they only emptied our trash and put fresh towels in our room. After that we we were there 5 nights 6 days. Nobody came to clean and not once changed or even made our beds.but if you needed anything you just had to go ask. At 12 midnight i went and asked for 2 towels, toilet paper and a full set of sheets. Ok let me see whay i can do. Last he handed me a full set of sheets they were warm. .what they lacked in the visual they made up on the willing to help with whatever you need. Razors, soap,shampo & conditions i asked for white out or liquid paper. He said i dont use it but i try to be prepared. And he found the white out . So what they lack in how the hotel looks they definitely made up for it when it comes to making sure you have what you need and they work as a team. All of them i asked for names so others would know who was good and who was great. They did not want any of them pointed out. That it is a team effort. Thet they were all good and help. some just go the extra. Either way just want to tell them thank you..

I stayed here because it was close to my boyfriend navy graduation and I was worried at first because of the reviews I read. But I’m here to tell you none of what I read was true the bed was comfy the bathroom was clean and the water hot and cold offered was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and even had a graduation background set up for pictures. I truly enjoyed my stay!
