Location is 10 stars, but I have 4 overall, because they have this goofy policy, which I learned of during check in. The policy is to charge you upfront $25/day, then credit you $25/day when you use hotel service like their restaurants. Thought this was awful.

Overall, this place was great. It was well decorated and modern in the lobby area. Super convenient to lots of things. My two main complaints were the room smelled of feet so bad we had to buy something to mask the smell. The cleaners came so early while we were still getting ready and often never returned. When they did, they were friendly and did a good job. The other and bigger complaint is that the hotel is on a very busy corner meaning it’s extremely noisy all night long. There are MANY sirens and loud cars that can be heard quite loud making it hard to sleep. Perhaps the windows could be thicker. Anyway over all it’s a fine hotel but if I had it to do again, I’m not sure it would be my first choice.

Rooms and hallways are outdated. There was hair stuck to the ceiling, the air vent in the shower had lint and mold inside it. Found a contact on the floor in bathroom that wasn’t mine. Popcorn ceilings. Pillows are flat, blankets are thin. Convenient location, free popcorn and waters daily.

A lot of street noise on Sunday night, maybe because of Mexican independence day. When we checked out in AM of 9/16, ghost town. Not one single person in Lobby to ask questions to.

From the moment you walk in to the lobby, you’re impressed! The staff was extremely accommodating and very professional! The property is very centrally located and is in within walking distance to most tourist activities. Also with mentioning is the rooftop bar/lounge on the 3rd floor…..fantastic food and great cocktail offerings! Thank you for a great stay Renaissance…..we’ll be back!

Great location, lots of landmarks close by. It would have been nice if parking “not valet” was available on site for those staying. Parking was a bit of a pain in the area.
