The security deposit amount ($100 per night) is ridiculous. Also, the time it takes for the money to return to the account is unacceptable. There needs to be a better business model for this.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel—it's truly the best for families! If you're hoping for the convenience of free laundry, a dryer, and detergent, this is definitely the place to choose. We traveled light since we were flying basic economy, and doing laundry every other night was so easy here. The staff were fantastic, and I loved the complimentary green tea, coffee, and cappuccino available on the second level. We stayed in a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was perfect for our family of four. Plus, having two bathrooms was a big bonus! Even though we were on the lower floor, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. The hotel is ideally located right across the street from Trump Tower and the beautiful Riverwalk, making it super convenient for exploring. If you're vegan, check out a restaurant called Feed Your Head—they have some amazing vegan options! We also enjoyed the Wandella Boat tour, which is just a short walk away. And for a special treat, we headed next door for brunch at the rooftop of the London Hotel, which was fantastic!

Room was the pits, location was great.
A closet of a room - no business making something so small and claustrophobic and it wasn't clean. The hotel itself has some character, but that doesnt save it for us. Area was great, but we'll absolutely stay somewhere else next time we're here.
