Our late checkin was easy. The room had amazing views of Grant Park/Navy Pier out one window and the city from another window. Apartment was spacious with good facilities. Bed was comfy. Only downside was that the shower had low pressure, but for us that was not a major. Location is really good with most things within walking distance.

I really enjoyed the property. I was very convenient for our purposes. My only negative was that my room had a window that did not seal shut. When the wind was whipping around the building, we heard a whistling sound; sometimes very loud. This is Chicago, the Windy City!

Great weekend !
We enjoyed our stay, it was for my husband’s birthday. The card and little snacks are thoughtful . The staff is nice and the location is great. It was our first time to Chicago and we totally enjoyed our trip. It was wonderful to stay so close to the major attractions and feel safe .

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very rude and discriminating because we was young. Keep trying to make it seem like we was a problem but they never kicked us out. I wouldn't Recommend this place at At because of the front desk staff. The staff also had they small children at work with them roaming the building

This was an amazing place to stay with access to everything great Jim pool and hot tub so many internal activities really felt taken care of. And right in the heart of downtown so near everything very walkable or just minutes away from the train.
