Good but a bit noisy
The room is really cute and has all the amenities (including washing machine and dishwasher). Staying for business though I could hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms which made sleeping difficult at night

The entrance was dirty and unkempt. The general hall areas look like council flat landings and there was some really unsavoury and dodgy looking men and woman hanging around in the street. Elevator not working and had to carry all baggage up six flights, not a great start. Would think twice about spending this amount of money on a reconditioned flat.

I stayed in the Burnham and it was amazing! Aesthetically gorgeous, clean, stocked with necessary amenities. Even the bed linen was high quality! This will be my place of choice whenever I’m in the area!!

The worse stay ever
The worse choice I made for my business trip. The noisiest room I have ever stayed in. No reception, none to talk to, just text messages from different confused agents. They agreed to change my room in a different hotel and 100 UDS compensation. Then another nightmare. They have given me the wrong codes and I got stranded for 1 hour in the middle of the night in front of the building. Never again. Also I have never seen any compensation.

Loved staying here - it felt like we were living in Chicago, clean and well styled. Loved the exposed brick and ability to store luggages before and after check in / check out. Great location too, right next to an amazing brekky spot!

The unit is nice and the location is great. However, the stylish exposed ceiling was really problematic. We had screaming/crying children in the unit above us and didn't get a decent night's sleep our entire stay.

Not a good property. Poor communication from Sonder across the board. Had to get Expedia to assist in accessing the hotel. No staff onsite to assist. Bed broke one night. Elevator not available for days for planned maintenance without notice. Rooms have damage in them that have not been fixed. Support through Sonder app & email is terrible... sometimes non-responsive. Was offered a full refund, but have only received a partial refund to date.
