The staff was awesome and the check in took like 5 minutes, the facilities are nice and well maintained, the only complaint I have is our room has a little spiderweb in a corner over the bed and the tv had some dead lines on the screen.

Checkin in was easy. The room is large, well equipped, clean. Nicely furnished with a large couch, desk and kitchenette. Its layout is odd separating the sink and counter/mirror from the toilet and shower. Overall very nice especially if staying for a few days.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the beginning with the shuttle service to the very end, everyone was very accommodating! The location was great, and the hotel felt safe and was clean!

It was a really good experience, with a great room and excellent service from the cleaning staff. My only complaint was that after we claimed our $10 daily credit, which was stated in our reservation, the front desk staff started to treat us more hostilely. But it doesn’t bother me—I’m simply asking for what our reservation states we’re entitled to. There’s no reason for them to get upset about something that doesn’t affect them
