Super convenient location between downtown tourist attractions and shopping on north Michigan Ave. Siena Tavern across the street has amazing Italian and would highly recommend a visit. Warning - valet parking is only valid until 4pm on the day of checkout and the staff neglected to warn me about this so when I retrieved my car after dinner I was charged an extra $50. I wish I would've known and could've reparked my car somewhere for way less. The valet company is run separately and they had no authority to adjust this cost (and frankly were pretty rude to me during this). Very frustrating.

Very misleading title, said there would be parking, and turns out the parking is $58 per night! I ended up with a painful rash on my back as well. Worst hotel ever.
