Property was very close to airport and yes there were a few fast food places to stop at if hungry. But the room itself was a little dirty. The walls had stains on them, almost as of it was dried up blood or some type of red-ish fluid marks in restroom wall. The Tub needed to be resurfaced, the tub floor was yellow ish from missing paint scrapped off. Carpet looked dirty..my son walked around in white socks and they were brown when he took the off to shower from the little walking around when we would arrive from being in the street. (New Nike socks). Anyway, could of been better. But overall OK.7/10

Super 8 was convenient drive for early morning ORD flight. Hotel a good value for the area without additional overnight parking fees. Good fundamental breakfast too.

Quiet, nice bed with soft sheets. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Would have liked early checkin, but understand why this would be limited near a major airport.

This property itself was okay and the location to the airport is a plus. The free continental breakfast was decent although when things ran out 1/2 hour before closing time, it wasn't refilled. Our room was not very clean and the amenities were lacking. They only give you one small bar of soap, but no shower gel or bath soap .The room had a damp moldy smell to it, especially the carpet. I think it is because they spray the floor with a cleaner and it doesn't dry? We stayed for 6 nights ɓut never had room service. We always had to go out and ask the person with a cart for supplies. They didn't speak English but once they understood what we needed, they gave it to us. The carpet was moist feeling and our feet or socks became dirty because we took our shoes off. There wasn't any hot water in the sink faucet. And the chair in the room had some tears in it.

The staff were rude and unaccommodating. Calls to the front desk were ignored. When I got through, they hung up on me. Customer service isn't their strong suit.

It is an old facility that need to be updated. The continental breakfast offer could be better. The clock in the room was off really bad. Rug very much spotted. On one of the use of the airport shuttle, the driver open the back door of the van and didn’t even offer to place suitcases in the van.

Airport shuttle was advertised but could not pick up at my terminal. They only pick up at terminal 2. This made things very difficult. The shower turned on only scalding hot and would not turn off. Maintenance said I turned it on too hard but I did no such thing. Shuttle driver also told me I had to tip which made me uncomfortable. If a tip is required, I appreciate knowing that in advance as I do not carry cash.

When I first arrived the bathroom smelled like wet rags and urine. I immediately let the front staff know and they said they would take care of it. I believe what smelled was the shower curtain but that was not changed out. Other than that the hotel was clean and well lit. Plenty of parking. A little something for everyone to get a quick bite for breakfast. Close to malls, restaurants and shops. People who don’t know the area just like to complain. There is a subway, Dunkin Donuts and a corner house grill within walking distance. I would stay here again even though I swear the building shakes at times.
