View is nice. Some of the staffs are nice. But first they don’t serve bottle water and microwave in the room as usual, charged me $35 to rent the microwave. Second, when I intend to use my credit to buy water in 24/7 store, the staff questioned me about I couldn’t use the credit in the store, which I already checked with the service the credit can be used there. After I put the words there, they let me use the credit. Second time they even questioned me if I paid the resort fee then figured out I’m the platinum membership in Expedia, which made me feel violated and discriminated since I’m a young female.

I love this hotel except this trip they didn’t offer the $15 daily food & beverage credit at my check in. I asked about it on my 2nd day and was only able to use it once. Lost out on two opportunities

The view was beautiful and the quality of the toiletries was good. Room was very clean and neat. I thought from the pictures we would have a bench or couch but there was only 1 chair in the room. The heat was messed up but called service and it was fixed very quickly.

Amazing stay
I booked a room for a weekend stay for my husbands birthday and it was fantastic. The room was perfect with the perfect view of the river, the restuarant and bar had amazing waiters and service, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

We pulled up to the hotel with many others, and the cars were all at a stall out in front. We waited, and waited, and waited until we called the hotel front desk to ask if there was anything they could do to get a valet person in front as cars are heavily backed up in front waiting for valet parking. I get it was very cold out, but most of us were on a tight schedule. After the call, things progressed quicker. Thank you front desk people!!!
