I definitely enjoyed staying here to go see the Christkindlmarket in Chicago. It’s a great area and very nice with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s very safe. I was not impressed by not knowing which parking garage to park in to get their discounted price, but luckily, I found the right one after almost parking in the wrong one. I also was not that impressed by the layout of the room’s bathroom. It felt cramped. Also, I noticed hair left over from the previous occupants. There wasn’t a lot, but enough that I feel the need to comment. I would stay again because of the location and price.

This place was great location for my wife and I. It was our first time in Chicago and our stay was fantastic. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I would say one of the best things about the hotel is that it is within walking distance to many places. When you need to get a bit farther, it's only a couple blocks from public transportation. Our only criticism would be that the rooms need a bit of an update. In our room, we noticed a few spots where the wallpaper was damaged, and one spot about 1-foot square where they repaired the wallpaper, but the new stuff didnt quite match and wasn't fully attached. Nothing deal breaking, since everything else was so good.
