Nous sommes désolé que le décor de l’hôtel ne sois pas à votre gout, nous recevons néanmoins beaucoup de compliments, mais c’est une question de gout personnel, je vous l’accorde bien volonté. Nous sommes heureux de voir que mise à part cela, vous avez aimé votre séjour, le restaurant et le personnel, cela étant toujours notre principal objectif.
