Great location and the hotel itself was clean and quiet in the evening for the most part. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The staff that worked in the lobby’s Starbucks, not so much, plus the food and drinks sold there were WAY too overpriced.

Amazing first time visit to Chicago
Visited Chicago as my husband was running the marathon. The hotel made the whole trip an amazing experience with lots of unexpected extras for marathon running guests. The rooms are old. There like a motel 6, but 7 times the price. All the employees are very friedly and helpful. I'm thinking they don't want the hotel to close. They don't have a restaurant that serves breakfast through dinner. They close at odd times
