We had a nice stay, but I don’t think we will be returning. The beds were clean and comfortable and you really can’t beat the location. However, there are minimal amenities, the bathroom had very little water pressure and mold in the shower. If the hotel did a refresh, it would be a gem.

I couldn’t sleep at night because there was this constant loud mechanical thumping that would be going from ~10pm and would keep going. It was going still at 4am and at 8am. Perhaps it was the location of my room - it must have been located close to furnace or AC? They shouldn’t rent that room out to people - the noise keeps you up all night.

Very convenient location in relation to my daughter's apartment building. Onsite restaurant and bar, Kirei, was amazing, both for appetizers and dinner. Helpful and friendly staff at both hotel and restaurant. Room layout odd, TV not in line with either bed or couch. Room also very dark, in need of either overhead light or more lamps. Full length mirror would be great addition as well. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, but next time request a room with a view onto Delaware Place.

Small room, though typical for downtown Chicago. Niche hotel with a quaint charm. I definitely would stay again and had a good experience. The room felt very upscale. I checked in late, attended a conference downtown the next day and didn't spend much time here, though was very satisfied. I used an online prepay parking garage just across the road that fit my full-size pickup just fine.

Lovely two night stay
Lovely hotel. Overall no issues other than the room was very dry so we had to drink lots of water in the night. Bed was so comfy! Hotel bar was very nice.

Great location
Great location and views of the city facing Michigan Avenue. No amenities in room or in the building. Hotel is VERY dated. Adjacent restaurant with very limited hours and did not see any patrons there. Most front desk people were nice but not over friendly or attentive. I’m sure it was amazing back in the day but needs help now- ok at best
