Everything was great till the end. I called the front desk to get my car 15 min before i needed to leave and told the desk i need my car to catch my flight. I waited 40 min to get my car they had 7 people in front of me and i told them please ima miss my flight. And yes i did i missed my flight and i sat in the airport trying to find another flight. And i looked they still charged me for $75 valet. amazing

I’ve been to a number of Thompson hotels around Texas, this property was missing that luxury feel I experienced at the other locations. Amenities were lacking due to construction. The location and surrounding restaurants/shops was the best part about this property. Nice for a short stay.
