Make sure to double check if you request early or late check in times. I had requested it prior to check in, online, got approved for it, but there was no record of it when checked in. Stated that i needed late check out upon check in, and then checked AGAIN morning of to find that it wasnt on our reservation. Key card was then deactivated early and staff had to issue another key card and confirm for a third time that i wanted late check out. Room also had a leaky toilet handle and didnt seem totally clean when we checked in. But staff was friendly and is super easy to access red line or get to millenium park

Overall, I was satisfied with my 3 night stay at the hotel. The hotel is a little dated, but they are working on renovating it. I would stay again if need be. Oh, and the front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful.

Hotel é mto antigo e sem boa manutenção. Carpetes com aspeco sujo e cheiro ruim. Eu comprei um spray para borrifar no nosso quarto. Janelas deveriam ter vidros anti ruidos, pois o trem faz a curba bem em frente aos quartos. A Localização é otima. Nao oferece café da manhã e a cafeeria ao lado é horrivel. Vle pela localização.

Everything was great but just found the bathroom a little tiny. It was hard to get ready and two people couldn’t fit in the washroom at the same time. I really appreciated the express check in and check out through the link on my phone.

Quiet, clean budget property at a great location. Super helpful staff. Great diner for breakfast. Room was small, though, with no desk or mini-fridge. TV remote needed batteries. Bathroom was tiny, without much space on the sink to set up your toiletries. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Very friendlly front desk staff (Alex) and very helpfull staff to get a parking spot (security). Parking accros the street is very expensive. Use Spothero to secure a good parking garage at a reasonable price. Convenient and walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

Windows from the 1800's, curtains that don't cover the entire window and street light comes in, noise from the train passing 50 yards from theroom regularly, noise from the next room all night, noise from the corridor, uncomfortable mattress, overall condition a little dirty.
