This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so kind and accommodating. Everything is clean and there are so many options for food at all hours and a spa. Parking is very convenient and attached to the hotel. If you go during Christmas time, they have one of the elevators decorated as a gingerbread house, it even has a lovely gingerbread smell. Room service is prompt, and the generous pour on the glass of wine was definite bonus.

I so wanted to give this place a 5 star as the hotel claims to be: a 5 star hotel. However, in comparison with other hotels I've been to (lower than 5 stars), I gotta say I came in short on expectations. To be more specific, I ordered a chocolate tower, customized robes and chunk cookies prior to arrival through the Attache service they have which I never got. I even mentioned it TWICE to the staff but they never brought it. Also, I couldn't sleep well due to the noise of the fridge, a mysterious phone call at 4:30 am and an alarm clock next door which went off TWO DAYS in a row at 12 am. Their response was always "I'm sorry" but never fixed those issues. In certain scenarios action is required and apologies are out the window if nothing gets fixed. Also, I got wrongly charge for breakfast but that got caught up and fixed. The water was included but extremely limited and they had two secret service officers guarding it like it was gold. The coffee was OK but also very little quantity. The lovely notepad on top of the table was missing, they only brought chocolates ONCE in my 4 night stay along with a note indicating weather for tomorrow. They should bring it every evening. I also received no bonus compensation or nothing for the noise, or nuisance I got. Overall the hotel was OK but nowhere near 5 star service. They fell short not sure why, but I left saddened. When checked out I haven't even been asked how was my stay or nothing. They just printed out a sheet and out
