Walk in nature at nearby parks; or short drive to forest preserves. 10 min drive to Woodfield Mall; 30 min drive to O'hare International Airport. Convenient location right by Schaumburg! Easy access to major highways like I-290, I-90, I-53. (Minimum 3 nights stay)

Bright and peaceful 2nd floor unit. With nobody living above, you will not hear any foot noise! Master bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Second bedroom has two beds: twin and full size. Both bedroom windows are furnished with blackout curtains and blinds. Living room has a 65 inch smart TV. Unit comes with a Google Nest thermostat along with NEW central heating and air conditioner. Electric was updated with all new outlets and switches throughout the apartment. Bathroom was recently remodeled. Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you need to cook. We provide a toaster, blender, Keurig k-cup coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, crock-pot, dishes, bowls, pots and pans and much more. Coin washer and dryer available in the building.
