Excellent location for appointment at Northwestern Memorial at the Lavin Pavilion. The room was clean and nice. The only complaint was the street noise while we were awake.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean. The view was amazing. The only thing was there was no refrigerator or microwave for left overs. We slept in the last day and housekeeping came in at 9am. She apologized and I’m sure she knocked we just didn’t hear her. Check out isn’t until 11 I don’t know why she came in at 9.

Satyed here for the second time and loved it again. its in the magnificent mile so its close to everything food, shopping and entertainment. The staff was friendly and accommodating my flight came in at 8am and i was able to check in early. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I wanted to be able to come out and see Chicago on my on terms and just hit the ground walking and this location and hotel provided just that. Modest accommodations, clean, nice generous housekeeping, however, because there is a hospital nearby sirens and police had interrupted my sleep two of the 3 nights. Something to be mindful of for this location is the street noise. Overall though I did enjoy my stay and was pleased w/ the hotel. I would come again and recommend.

Bit antiquated. 1324 was not that nice a room. Way too small for two ppl but luckily we liked each other. Shower and sink drained very slow. Carpet and mini fridge were dirty. Elevators small. True boutique hotel. No real amenities were mentioned at check in so not sure why there’s a resort fee?

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly! Our room and bed felt a little small but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean so thats what's important and I would absolutely stay here again!
