Came from Cincinnati to Chicago to purchase a car, stayed here for the night before heading home. We parked our new car 2023 lexus is 350 in the back of the lot where we could see it out our room window and where it was away from everyone else. Left for an hour or so and went to dinner come back to find a drunk guy in the woods hanging out right by my car. From the time it took to walk inside, the man is hovering over my car looking into the windows of it. So i immediately pressed the panic button on the rental car we had parked next to it. Then the man attempts to look in the window of that car. My boyfriend ran out side and started yelling at him to get away from our cars and he like mumbled a few words and then stumbled away into the woods. This was all caught on camera by the hotel’s security system. We moved the cars away from the back fenced area to a more secure location and didn’t sleep well at all due to constantly waking up to check on our car to make sure no one was messing with it. We paid over a hundred dollars for this room only to be aggravated and not sleep well due to the fact that we were scared someone was trying to mess with our new vehicle.

The Hotel was very nice for the price point. It was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go in Schaumburg. The customer service was excellent. The breakfast provided a variety of options. Parking was free and there was plenty of parking availible.

Mediocre at best
The room was in need of some repairs. Cracked walls and just needed some maintenance. Smelled ok. Was clean enough. The real kicker was that housekeeping decided to enter our room at 2:30 in the afternoon after we had returned f and my 15 year old was naked and getting outthe shower, when I addressed it with the front desk she blew me off and was rude. Also when checking in at the front desk a different lady was rude as well. They definitely lack customer service. It was fair for the price but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
