Wrigleyville Condo, Sleeps 10, 1/2 block from Wrigley Field

Wrigleyville condo is located 1/2 block from Wrigley Field and Clark Street. Also close to Southport corridor and Brown Line. Easy access to Red Line which will take you downtown, Millenium Park, Grant Part, Maggie Daley, Hancock and Willis Towers. If you are interested in spending time on Lake Michigan, the lake is 3/4 mile where you can enjoy the trails by foot or by bike.

Due to COVID, we took some time off from renting our space, but are excited for others to enjoy Wrigleyville again as much as we do!!

Condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower.

Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower.

Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured).

Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. It does not have a stove or oven, but is set up similar to a hotel room with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Condo is equipped with 4 TVs and set up for live streaming. Free wifi and printer available for all your business needs.

Parking passes for neighborhood parking, one pass per day.

Amazing space to reconnect!
We converged on Chicago from Minneapolis and Cleveland for the Matt Rogers show at The Vic. The space was perfect for the 7 of us, and the location can't be beat. Thank you for hosting and giving us the chance to make these memories!

Great location!
We were in Chicago for a long weekend and wedding. This house was amazing. We didn’t realize we actually didn’t need to bring anything extra. Christopher had everything you could think of. The house was in a great location to Uber or drive to surrounding places. The house was super cozy and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! There is one short flight of stairs required to enter, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

We were grateful for all of the space in such a convenient location. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. The room downstairs is perfect for kids with the big bed, twin bed, and trundle bed. The Perfect Stay!
My family of 5 stayed here while visiting extended family in the area. It was an exceptional place to stay. Location was perfection, walkable to Wrigley Field and the amazing restaurants and shopping on Southport. It was also very close to get to downtown for exploring and activities. This was a very spacious condo, we had more than enough room for our 2 teenagers, our 4 year-old and my husband and I to spread out. It was very clean and very much stocked. The beds were insanely comfortable for all of us. Parking on Racine was very available and close and easy to manage, something I was worried about dealing with before we came. But everything was a breeze. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! When we come back we will definitely come back to stay here!

Fantastic host and fantastic location!
The host was not only helpful, friendly and absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a host be as wonderful as Chris was, he was completely understanding of our situation during hurricane Helene. The location was right down the street from wrigley and was a delightful home to stay in. Absolutely perfect! You won’t regret staying here ever!

Great getaway in a great area!
My friends and I had the best weekend getaway when we visited Chicago for a friend’s wedding. The location of the property was perfect! We got to see all the major attractions and experience the night life (although most of us pushing 40 just wanted to stay in a relax lol). Despite it being in a busy area, the property was actually really quiet! We loved it and will definitely stay again! Thanks so much Chris and Jaclyn!

Very Nice Condo, plenty of room, safe and friendly neighborhood, plenty of local shops and places to eat. Make sure you are aware of all the parking restrictions, ask for details to ensure you don't get a ticket.

Apt was clean, beautiful and perfect for our stay. We walked to the cubs game two days. Also easy walk to restaurants and bars. Owner answered questions quickly. We will definitely stay there next time we come into town for a cubs game!

Fantastic Wrigleyville Townhome
Needed a place to stay with some friends so we could attend a Cubs series. Great location & accommodations! Great Location, Excellent Hosts!
We spent a week in Chicago for the 4th of July and this was the perfect location to access all we wanted to do. Close to Wrigley for a couple ball games, red line access to downtown, great neighborhood for restaurants. Our hosts were super helpful with any questions and responded promptly whenever we reached out. The space is great as well with two levels so the kids could hang out downstairs while we stayed up late into the evening. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Wrigleyville.

Perfect Accommodations for Family
The West Addison condo is a spacious, attractive, well-appointed and well-situated home away from home for a visit to Chicago. The bathroom for every bedroom is a much appreciated feature for our full house of guests, and the kitchen has everything we needed. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our extremely friendly and kind hosts, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to this beautiful city!

Perfect family unit
We were celebrating our son's graduation. We traveled wuth grandparents and his teenage brothers. The hosts were so kind and hospitable. They were timely with responses to questions. The unit was clean and the are of town was very safe. It is much bigger than we thought. Our teenage boys took over the bottom floor of the unit while we stayed upstairs. Great walkability to everything. We would definitely stay here again!
