Liite on ihana ranta-aiheinen asuintila, jossa on tilava yläkerran kahden hengen huone ja pienemmässä alakerrassa asuintila, jossa on 2 ylimääräistä sänkyä ja keittokomeroalue ja erillinen suihkuhuone / wc. Olet riippumaton omalla erillisellä etuovella ja maastossa olevalla pysäköintitilalla. KOIRAT OK pyynnöstä! Tarjoamme mikroaaltouunin (ja tarvittaessa 2 rengasta työtason liesi).

Olemme lähellä Southend Barnsia, West Witteringin ja East Headin, Goodwoodin, Boshamin ja Chichesterin rantoja. Tila surffilaudoille, leijalaineille, polkupyöriä autotallissa pyynnöstä.

Lisälaite on ihanteellinen joko yhdelle tai kahdelle aikuiselle (nukkuu yläkerran parivuodemakuuhuoneessa) tai aikuiselle (aikuisille), joissa on korkeintaan 2 lasta (nukkuu sängyissä alakerrassa). Jos 2 paria varaa ja toinen pari haluaa käyttää alakerran sänkyjä, se on myös hienoa, vaikka kylpyhuoneeseen pääsee vain alakerran oleskelutilassa, jossa sänkyä on. (Liite on melko pieni 4 aikuiselle.) Kun toinen sänky ei ole käytössä, se liukuu ensimmäisen alle, jolloin muodostuu päivävuode / sohva. Keittiönurkkauksessa on pesuallas, minijääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Huomaa, että yläkerran ja alakerran välillä ei ole ovea, on vain portaikko.

Liitteellä on oma erillinen etuovi, johon pääsee asemasta ja joka on talomme riippumaton. Käyttö etupihalla hyvin käyttäytyville lapsille ja lemmikkieläimille! Ajoneuvolla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 2 vierasautolle.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta South Downin planetaario ja tiedekeskus. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ilmaisen aamiaisen ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Lovely Accommodation

Handy location for Chichester and surrounding area. Property was clean and well presented although access to upper sleeping floor may present a challenge to those with limited mobility. Communication with owners was excellent and instructions to get to location were clear.Definitely one to stay at again.

Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

Long weekend stay

Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

The unit was fine for 2 people as stated. It served our purpose as we did not plan to do much cooking. It was conveniently situated for visiting the area.

Great stay at a convenient cottage

This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

The Annexe, Hunston

Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals. Because no one was booked in right after us, Julie extended our check-out time,which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe.

Perfect Couples Get Away

Superb location for Goodwood Races, Chichester and the coast. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very nice to have tea, coffee milk and breakfast items supplied by our hosts. Would definately stay here again.

Beautifully Bijou

A beautiful spot to spend a few days exploring the local area. Ideal for a small family who want to get out and about, knowing they have a comfortable place to stay at the end of a weary day. Fantastic welcoming helpful hosts, and having the basics provided (breakfast - especially a pint of milk, tea and coffee; cleaning products etc) makes arriving and settling in so much easier. Would highly recommend The Annexe

Beautiful Autumn Weekend

Lovely base for our walking weekend, met by Julie who showed us around and was really helpful. Fantastic location close to The Spotted Cow for dinner and a short walk to the Chichester canal. Very nice stay

Very clean and tidy with added extras of breakfast products and a reasonably well-equipped mini kitchen. Comfy bed and all linen supplied. The stairs are steep, so beware if you have any mobility problems. Hosts are very amicable.

Lovely compact Annexe

The Annexe was in a good location for local beaches and Chichester. Nicely decorated, the stairs are a bit steep and as the description says it is a small space, but we had everything we needed for the 2 of us. The Breakfast items in the cupboard and the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Julie was lovely and very helpful as we hadn’t been to Chichester before and we wouldn’t have known about the local walks if she hadnt told us about them. We went to The Spotted Cow , the local pub and restaurant its close by and the food was reasonable, in taste and cost. We had a good holiday break there and would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful short break

Small, comfortable annex, perfect for a few nights away. Beautifully decorated with everything we could need. Exactly like the photos! Lovely host who made us feel welcome & gave us loads of ideas about where to go and what to do. Great base to explore Chichester, the beach & South Downs. Lots of local walks & plenty of places to eat out. Thank you.
