The hotel is in prime location. There is a mall in walking distance. The room was clean. The shower was very nice. The bath wash and lotion smelled wonderful. I appreciate the breakfast with strawberry waffles. For me one of a few downsides were that the Concierge seemed busy every time I walked up. I was unsure whether the refrigerator was working. When I let the text message concierge know. No one attended to that message. The biggest factor on whether or not I wanted to come come back, was that only Hilton Rewards members get WiFi. I like being able to check my email without using my service provider

For most part my stay was great. Breakfast is on point as usual but sadly enough the hot tub was so cold it was colder than the swimming pool. There were several workers THIS TIME that were extremely rude and unpleasant. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment. Not sure why it was that way this time but I hope next time is better. And the hot tub is fixed.

We were very happy with our stay at The Hampton Inn. We were visiting family and it was within 15 min of everywhere we needed to go, very close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was extremely large, lots of space, very clean, easy parking , and staff were friendly. Cost was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

My night at the Hampton
The accommodations were very nice. It was an accessible room. I know it's a challenge to make one room fit all disabilities, but this was one of the better ones. Bed at a good height for wheelchair transfer. The bed was not on a box, good for sliding a lift under the bed. No pillowtop, this is good, they are difficult for a person with mobility issues to navigate. The seat for the tub was appreciated but the adjustment screws did not secure the seat. A wheelchair user could get under sink, Thumbs up. I don't think anyone, able bodied or not would like the faucet that barely got over the edge of the sink. All in all, very nice and usable. Hope these tips helps you improve.

Have you ever left something behind in a room? The staff actually called me to tell me what I left behind and had it at the front desk when I went in to get it. I've never received a call from other establishments. They usually just keep what was left. I commend the cleaning staff and front desk for their honesty.
