Enjoy all the local eateries, breweries and beauty around Chico while staying with us! The home is a 4 bedrooms 3 & 1/2 bathroom with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. Great house for hosting multiple families. Kid friendly home with board games, fuse ball table and outdoor recreational item available for use. For the cooler nights, enjoy an evening by the outdoor fire pit while barbecuing.

Comfortable Home
The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in.
