This is the perfect place for relaxing, entertaining, wedding parties or family reunions. Enjoy the pool in the summer and the serene atmosphere of this quiet family home nestled in the perfect cul de sac. We are centrally located with a short walk or bike to Bidwell Park (.5 miles) and 5 min commute to downtown. Our home features a spacious dining area to accommodate a large group. MAXIMUM 4 cars.

Great location
Location was close to a lot. Home was wonderful for our group of five adults and showed us to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family that lives there locally. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful gathering space
We were in town for an anniversary party, and the house was perfect for my parents, siblings, and our children. There was plenty of space to hang out as well as do last minute prep for the party. Everyone loved the pool, as it was over 100 that weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Chico
The house is large and clean, check in is super easy, the owner is very quick to respond. My kids loved the pool, the game room, and the outdoor structure. There was plenty for my kids to do, which we appreciate! Really Nice neighborhood also. We’ll be back

Perfect family stay
We absolutely loved the property! It was beautifully maintained and large enough that our family did not feel as though we were on top of each other. It was very centrally located as well. Laurie was super easy to connect with as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

Amazing Time In Chico
We stayed at the Stansbury property and had an amazing time!! Our son is an incoming freshman at Chico State and we wanted to be there for a few days to spend time with him and see him off to college. The pool was amazing, especially with the 105 degree heat. Laurie and Jordan were very accommodating and super helpful every step of the way. Would definitely stay here again!

Great oasis in Chico
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chico at this lovely home! There were ten of us, extended family members who simply wanted to be together since we live in different states. Even though our ages vary (4, 7, 12, 22, 25, 47, 50, 51 and 78), everybody had fun and we never felt on top of each other - a feat indeed! There was plenty of space for us all to comfortably play, relax, and sleep. The yard was fantastic with green areas and a play set. With tons (truly tons!) of outside and inside toys and games, the whole crew kept busy. The clean pool and shady outdoor lounge areas were perfect for cooling down and sharing time together. There are even fun pool toys for renters to use. The ping pong table brought some friendly competition as another activity for the gang too. The large kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make big family meals. The house is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hikers and joggers of the group enjoyed the nearby trails as well. Beds were all reported to be comfy - even the optional air bed! With 3 bathrooms, nobody was left anxiously waiting for the facilities either. The bonus of the stay was the friendly outdoor furry resident, Trooper the kitty - she only approached us when we welcomed her and the kids of the group were enthralled. The hosts, Laurie and Jordan, are super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping make our family getaway a huge success!
