This property is a dive. It is in disrepair and what repairs have been done are poor. The vinyl floor in the bathroom had tape on a part of it in an attempt to hold it down. The shower surround was not fitted well and had lots of calking but the calking did not cover all the gaps. The tub/shower plumbing was reversed, hot was cold and cold was hot. The sink had chips in the finish. The air conditioner was in the back of the unit which was 15 ft from the busy road and allowed all the road noise through it. We were given only one card/key and the card failed to operated and need to be reprogrammed. Not somewhere we will stay again. Somehow there was great reviews of this place but we had a bad experience there.

Mostly quiet and comfy
Comfy room and friendly staff. The doors have large gaps that allow a lot of hall/outside noise in and the bed moved across the floor as the floor was uneven and the bed was on wheels. The area is near the hospital so there were ambulances on a regular basis so be aware of that when staying here. Will likely stay there again soon!

Property shares lot with liquor store, abundance of characters loitering at all hours. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. No lock on sliding window. Although the room wasn't a mess, it's obvious limited funds are being spent on upkeep. Borderline rent by the hour vibes. Could have been worse, but I won't be back.

Do not stay here. I repeat. Do not stay here. The facilities are terrible. The walls are covered in stains and holes (probably because they are paper thin). The rooms reeked of smoke, and there was very clearly people “operating businesses” out of their rooms if you catch my drift. The photos of this place are very misleading. The staff was nice enough, and seeing as we were only staying a night - we didn’t bother, but spend the extra 20-30 bucks to go somewhere where you can feel like you’re not going to contract a disease by stepping in the shower.

The staff was helpful and check in/ out was easy enough. The room was expected for the amount paid besides having a strong odour. It had definitely been smoked. For a quick overnight stay it was satisfactory
